My passion for Pilates comes from helping people build strength, confidence and balance both physically and mentally. Whether you're brand new to Reformer Pilates or experienced in your practice, my goal is to make every class feel supportive, energizing and inspiring.


Hi, I'm Casey! The Studio Manager and Lead Instructor of Align Studios! I'm an Internationally recognized Certified Pilates Instructor and Certified NASM Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people feel strong, connected and at home in their bodies. By blending the intentional strength-building principles of personal training with the control, stability and flow of Pilates, my classes are designed to challenge you in a way that feels supportive, empowering and sustainable. My journey into the Fitness Industry became deeply personal after being diagnosed with Endometriosis. Movement became a way for me to heal myself both physically and emotionally, & through that process I've found love for helping others reconnect with their bodies too. My classes focus on strength training, stability & mobility to help clients build strength from the inside out. Outside of the studio you can find me traveling with my little family in our converted school bus to camper, snuggling my 190lb Caucasion Ovcharka, practicing archery & on the never ending search for the best coffee shops and sweet treats while quietly dreaming about disappearing into the woods of Maine for a slower softer life!"


Hi, I'm Abbey! - A Certified Pilates Instructor. I first fell in love with Pilates through taking classes myself, and quickly became drawn to how strong, confident and energized it made me feel! That passion eventually inspired me to become an Instructor, and now I love creating classes that are challenging, uplifting and approachable for all levels! Outside of teaching you can usually find me going on walks to get my steps in, checking out new coffee shops, or shopping!


Hi, I'm Mia! I'm a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor with a background of 15 years in dance! After discovering Reformer Pilates, I was immediately drawn to its ability to both challenge and restore the body. My background brings a strong foundation of body awareness and allows me to teach seamless flows to clients. What began as a personal love for the practice quickly grew into a rewarding career that allows me to share that same experience with all of you, everyday.
I love to bring a teaching style and blend of creativity with intention, offering thoughtfully designed sessions that challenge both the body and the mind. Clients can expect to build strength, improve control, and discover muscles they didn't even know they had! I'm endlessly dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for everyone and can't wait to meet you all in class!


Hi, I'm Jess! I'm a 500- Hour Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor trained through Club Pilates, with certifications in mat, reformer, springboard, chair, cadillac, ladder barrel and spine corrector! Before Pilates, I was a competitive dancer and earned by BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College in 2020. I discovered Pilates in college as a form of cross-training and immediately connected with its intentional, controlled approach to movement - so similar to dance! I'm passionate about helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and feel more connected to their bodies through mindful movement!


Hi everyone I'm Sophie! Originally from the Ivory Coast and fluent in French, I've always had a passion for movement but my fitness journey truly began in 2012 and I've been hooked ever since! What started as a goal to stay healthy quickly turned into a love for feeling strong, confident and capable in my own body. I'm so excited to continue to learn, grow and help others discover their strengths, because there's nothing more empowering than finding what your body is truly capable of! When I'm not working out, you can find me trying out new restaurants, deep into a movie marathon, serving in my church or planning my text trip somewhere soon!


Hi, I'm Brandie! I'm a nationally Certified Pilates Instructor with 2 years of practice and a 500 hour comprehensive training background! My education includes extensive hands-on experience observation, in-person teaching allowing me to deliver thoughtful well rounded instruction! I"m passionate about guiding clients through full body workouts, with a strong emphasis on core strength, stability and functional movement. You'll find my classes will include high every and a welcoming teaching style as I create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, relaxed and encouraged to have a little fun while moving! My personal health journey with Hashimotos and PCOS lead me to viewing Pilates as a powerful tool for everyday health and wellness. My goal is to help clients build strength, confidence and a deeper connection to their bodies, both in and out of the studio!


Hi! My name is Amber and I'm a Certified Pilates Instructor! From a young age fitness and wellness have always been a part of my life! Having been a dancer & gymnast for 12 years. My passion for Pilates began after two difficult pregnancies, followed by being diagnosed with a chronic illness that completely changed how my body functioned day to day. Pilates not only helped me reconnect to my body but also appreciate and love all that my body has been through. In my classes you can expect creative mindful flows that help clients become more in tune with their bodies as well as increase strength and mobility. Being a Registered Nurse for 8 years I have deep knowledge of the human body allowing for easy modifications or progressions depending what you need! In my spare time, catch me traveling to new places, chasing my two children at all their sporting events, saving a life in the ER, and fueling up with an iced latte! Life is all about BALANCE, see you on the reformer!
